Since candles are meant to be burned and enjoyed, we don’t expect them to come back looking brand‑new. Just tell us what didn’t hit the mark, and we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a quick photo and your order number. We’ll fix it right away with a replacement or refund. If anything needs to be returned, we’ll give you simple instructions.
